PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a fluid amount flowed through an orifice passage when axial vibration is inputted and, based on such a fluid flow action, increase a vibration control effect in a fluid-sealed tubular vibration control device in which a body rubber elastic body, a flexible membrane, and a diaphragm rubber are disposed between an inner shaft member and an outer tube member, a pressure receiving chamber having a part of a wall part formed of the body rubber elastic body and a balancing chamber having a part of the wall part formed of the flexible membrane are formed on the axial both sides of the diaphragm rubber, and the pressure receiving chamber and the balancing chamber are allowed to communicate with each other through an orifice passage. SOLUTION: The diaphragm rubber 46 partitioning the pressure receiving chamber 64 from the balancing chamber 66 comprises a tubular part 48 axially extending toward the body rubber elastic body 16 and a curved annular part 50 curvedly extending from the tip part of the tubular part 48 to the inner peripheral side. An opening part in the tubular part 48 is fixed to the outer tube member 14 through the orifice member 52, and an opening part in the curved annular part 50 is fixed to an inner shaft member 12.
