PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery system which is a fusion protein for efficiently delivering a desired molecule into cells or nuclei. SOLUTION: The fusion protein for delivering the desired molecule into the cells or nuclei comprises (i) a cold shock domain and the homologue or the functional equivalent derivatives thereof and (ii) a membrane translocation sequence or the functional equivalent peptides and/or derivatives thereof.
