PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide road heating equipment simply installed and facilitating the maintenance at a low cost. SOLUTION: The road heating equipment is so constituted that elastic and rubber material molding blocks are built up to set it on the ground, a resin-made flexible warm water pipe is laid by fitting to a cylindrical notch in the upper part thereof and that an upper mat formed of a material such as a rubber chip or the like well drained and having difficulty in slipping is overlapped thereon.
