PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash hanger device for a suspended sliding hanger, which enables an operation for adjusting the height of a sliding door to be easily performed from a standing position obliquely below a runner, by a simple constitution which dispenses with a bevel gear etc. SOLUTION: This sash hanger device is composed of the runner 1 which moves along a hanger rail, a suspending shaft 3 which makes the sliding door S suspended from a lower end, a slide member 4 which can move with respect to the runner 1, and a male screw member 5 which is attached to the runner 1 so as to move the slide member 4 with respect to the runner 1. An inclined guide surface 62, which forms a prescribed angle with a horizontal plane and guides the sliding member 4, is formed in the runner 1. When the screw member 5 is turned from the standing position obliquely below the runner 1, the suspending shaft 3, which is engaged with the slide member 4, moves up and down with respect to the runner 1, so that the height of the sliding door S can be adjusted.
