摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice response system which estimates the state of feelings of a customer from a customer's voice and informs an operator of it. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a server device and at least one PC which is connected to the server device by a LAN and has a microphone, and the server device has a 1st means of storing customer's natural deposition information, a 2nd means of storing specified words, a 3rd means of extracting words through speech recognition, a 4th means of comparing the words extracted by the 2nd means of storing the specified words and the 3rd means of extracting the words through speech recognition with each other, and a 5th means of judging feelings according to the comparison result and the contents of the 1st means storing the natural deposition information on the customer.
