PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulative covering material composition which is cured easily with active energy beam radiation, realizes high productivity and of which the cured product has a high tensile elastic modulus and a low dielectric constant. SOLUTION: This insulative covering material composition comprises a di(meth)acrylate represented by general formula (1) wherein, in formula (1), R<SB>1</SB>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R<SB>2</SB>is an alkylene group; and a and b are each independently an integer of 0-5.
