PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire retardant thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article therefrom, which are excellent in fire retardancy, a photo resistance, an impact resistance, a retention heat stability, a heat resistance and a moldability. SOLUTION: A specific aromatic phosphoric acid ester compound and a specific phenol resin are incorporated in a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a graft copolymer containing a rubbery polymer and a vinyl (co)polymer.
