PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible sheet having suitable flexibility and strength and good heat resistance, expressing good weatherability for a long time, excellent in fabricability, appearance, colorability, printability and coatability and of a low environmental load type, and to provide a standing sign board in which use of the display sheet comprising the flexible sheet facilitates field assembly and disassembly, reduces total wastes effectively utilizing existing members and enables effective utilization of resources. SOLUTION: The flexible sheet is formed from a resin composition (I) or a resin composition (II) in which 2-100 pts. wt. of titanium oxide and 0.1-20 pts. wt. of layered silicate are incorporated to 100 pts. wt. of the resin composition (I) containing 70-97 wt% of a specific polypropylene resin (a) and 3-30 wt% of a vinyl aromatic elastomer, or to 100 pts. wt. of the resin composition (II) containing 60-95 wt% of a specific polypropylene resin (b) and 5-40 wt% of a vinyl aromatic elastomer.
