PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin adhesive in which peel adhesion is improved without impairing shear adhesion and elongation is increased without reducing tensile strength, and which is useful for a structural adhesive and sealing material between different materials having different coefficient of linear expansion. SOLUTION: A blocked isocyanate compound is obtained by reacting a reaction product with a polyisocyanate compound in an equivalent ratio of 5-50:100, wherein the reaction product is mainly composed of a compound obtained by reacting aromatic olefin and phenols in the presence of an acid catalyst, in which the nucleus of phenols is substituted by aromatic olefin or its oligomer. A polyurethane resin is obtained by reacting the blocked isocyanate compound with a polyol compound in an equivalent ratio of 50-150:100.
