PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-dispersing plate set at a fluidized bed polymerizer for polymerizing olefin in gaseous phase and excellent in action uniformly dispersing gas flow in fluidized bed. SOLUTION: This gas-dispersing plate is set in the fluidized bed polymerizer for polymerizing the olefin in gas phase and has many gas passage holes, wherein, when inner diameter of the polymerizer is assumed 1, the plate has lager holes in the outside area corresponding to 0.7-1 diameter from the center than holes formed at central area corresponding to <0.7 diameter. Thereby, uniform dispersion of the gas flow in fluidized bed of the polymerizer is stably performed, dead zone formation is effectively prevented and adhesion of the polymer on the surface of the polymerizer is also prevented.
