SILICONE EMULSION COMPOSITION AND RELEASING AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone emulsion excellent in a mechanical stability and a low foaming ability and also to provide a releasing agent using the same. SOLUTION: The emulsion composition comprises (A) 100 wt pts of an organopolysiloxane having an average polymerization degree of 5-600, (B) 1-50 wt pts of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, (C) 0.1-20 wt pts of a sugar fatty acid ester and (D) water.
