PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition having excellent properties of solvent resistance, high fluidity, heat resistance, recycling properties and impact strength. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition is obtained by adding (C) 0.01-10 mass parts wt. of an organic alkali metal salt to 100 mass parts wt. of a resin composition component composed of (A) 85-97 mass % of a polycarbonate and (B) 3-15 mass % of an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer and/or its esterified substance.
