PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost-effective brazing method for individually feed flux and brazing filler metal of an adequate quantity according to a component to be brazed. SOLUTION: When heating of a component 50 to be brazed is started by a burner (not shown), a flux feeder 13 and a brazing filler metal feeder 19 are in a waiting condition at the position away from the component 50. When the component 50 is heated to a predetermined temperature, a flux cylinder 15 of the flux feeder 13 is advanced to a brazing position of the component 50, and a flux-cored wire 16 consisting mainly of flux is then fed. When the feed of the flux-cored wire 16 is completed, the flux feeder 13 is retracted, and a brazing filler metal cylinder 21 of the brazing filler metal feeder 19 is fed toward the component 50. A brazing filler metal wire 22 composed mainly of the brazing filler metal is fed to the brazing position, and the brazing is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
