A resin sheet for cold forming capable of being formed into a formed article exhibiting shape-holding property through cold forming, in particular, a resin sheet for cold forming such as a high impact polystyrene based resin sheet; a cold formed article such as a cap for a container which is manufactured using the sheet for cold forming, and a method for the manufacture thereof; a sealed container having a cap manufactured by using the sheet for cold forming, and a method for the manufacture thereof; and a resin composition for cold forming capable of being formed into a formed article exhibiting shape-holding property through cold forming, in particular, a resin composition for cold forming which contains a high impact polystyrene based resin and provides a formed article having impact resistance.
