PURPOSE: A directly making and eating rice roll by instantly selecting materials according to a taste of a customer, and a business model applying the same to franchise are provided to widen a selection range and to diverse the taste by making the customer join in a process for making the rice roll. CONSTITUTION: When the customer enters a shop offering an environment for directly making and eating the rice roll, the customer pays an admission fee. After washing hands or wearing a wrap grove, the customer selects the rice. After selecting the rice, the customer directly selects the materials realizing the taste desired by the customer from a worktable. |
