摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing octopus vulgaris-chicken soup which is removed from the unpleasant smell of chicken meat, has a savory taste of octopus vulgaris and bean sprouts and good for removing a hangover. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing octopus vulgaris-chicken soup comprises the steps of: trimming a chicken, followed by washing and cutting into a size of 4-5cm; trimming octopus vulgaris, followed by washing with salt and cutting into a size of 4-5cm; preparing stock by boiling sea tangle, anchovy and radish for 20 minutes; adding salt, soy sauce, red hot pepper powder, potato and the like to 2000cc of the stock, followed by boiling for 5-10 minutes; adding the trimmed chicken to the stock, followed by boiling for 10-15 minutes; adding onion, garlic, bean sprout, welsh onion and octopus vulgaris to the stock when the chicken meat is boiled, followed by boiling for 5 minutes; and adding a hot pepper to the soup.
