PURPOSE: Provided are natural seasoning including an extract of Euonymus japonica's seed and a method for preparing the same using natural products. The prepared seasoning is harmless to the human body, heat-treated to prevent the growth bacteria, such as E.coli, and has extended storage. CONSTITUTION: Natural seasoning including an extract of Euonymus japonica's seed is characterized by containing 80-90 wt.% of an extract of Euonymus japonica's seed, 1-5 wt.% of pine tree bark juice, 0.5-5 wt.% of black bean powder, 1-5 wt.% of Zanthoxylum schinifolium and 1-10 wt.% of black sesame seed powder. |
