PURPOSE: A device for measuring the operation of a pedal is provided to measure the operation of each part and to keep the state of a vehicle optimal by installing first and second measuring units at a pedal fixing frame and a vehicle frame, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A first measuring unit(150) is formed at a pedal fixing frame(170) to contact with the outer circumference of a hinge unit(110) formed at a pedal(100), and measures the rotary angle of the pedal. A second measuring unit(160) is fixed to a vehicle frame(180), and measures the movement distance of the pedal. The first measuring unit includes a carbon film(152) formed at the outer circumference of the hinge unit and a first detecting unit(154) detecting the rotary angle of the carbon film. The second measuring unit includes a magnet(162) and a second detecting unit(164) detecting the horizontal movement of the magnet.
