<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a working speed and enable the working speed and a cut depth to be adjusted individually. <P>SOLUTION: In view of a cross section along the rotating direction T in a protrusion 12, a wall surface 13 facing to the forward side of the rotating direction T in the protrusion 12 is inclined toward the backward side of the rotating direction T as going to a surface 11 of a base board 10, and a wall surface 14 facing to the backward side of the rotating direction T in the protrusion 12 is inclined toward the backward side of the rotating direction T as going to the surface 11 of the base board 10. A top flat surface 15 parallel to the surface 11 of the base board 10 is formed on the protrusion 12.
