<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system capable of stably burning the anode exhaust gas of the fuel cell using the burner of a reformer. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentration in a burner exhaust gas is calculated using an O2 sensor 3.
