<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid solar module which can manufacture hydrogen and oxygen by using a water decomposition function of an optical semiconductor and obtain power generation with a transmissive solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid solar module is provided with a water chamber near an optical transmitting solar battery, and is provided with a water decomposition optical semiconductor inside the water chamber. The hybrid solar module is provided with the water chamber in a rear side of the optical transmitting solar battery viewed in the incident direction of light. In the hybrid solar module, the water decomposition optical semiconductor is constituted by providing a power generation element of silicon or the like and an oxygen emission anode to one side of a conductive substrate one by one from the conductive substrate side, and by providing a hydrogen emission cathode to the other side of the conductive substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
