<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet contributing mainly to the prevention of exposure of a commercial power line of network equipment and the improvement of an appearance, etc., and the disposing method of the network equipment utilizing it. <P>SOLUTION: The outlet 1 is mainly provided with a box-shaped switch box 11 and a face plate 12 formed so as to cover the opening of the switch box 11.
