<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidification element module which comprises a small number of components, is easy in replacement of an element and has a high reliability and is low in cost. <P>SOLUTION: The dehumidification element module is manufactured by pressurizing/heating a dehumidification element in which an anode and a cathode are formed integrally on the front surface and the back surface, an anode side lead-out electrode, a cathode side lead-out electrode, and an outer layer film for covering the anode side lead-out electrode and the cathode side lead-out electrode, and integrally molding them with a resin layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
