PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat waste in harmony with peripheral environment while effectively utilizing the waste in quantity and in quality inside a disposal station and to greatly reduce generation amount of carbon dioxide accompanying incineration disposal of organic waste. SOLUTION: Organic waste 20A and inorganic waste 20B are classified and are separately piled up in the disposal station 10. Recycling compost 30 manufactured from the organic waste 20A in a compost treating region 10A is recycled as recycling covering earth 30A, 30B of the waste 20A, 20B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
