PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring two or more views of an object. SOLUTION: This method 60 includes: a process 62 of acquiring a first quantity of views in a first position on z-axis; a process 64 of acquiring a second quantity of views different from the first quantity in a second position on the z-axis different from the first position; and a process 66 of acquiring a third quantity of views equal to the first quantity in a third position on the z-axis different from the first position and the second position.
