PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance evaluation support system which is available in structural design of a wood-frame house having two stories or less by a CAD, wherein a bearing wall line automatic judging means tentatively judges whether a bearing wall line is available, determines the bearing wall line after an editing procedure, automatically calculates a floor magnification, displays a result and a procedure of the calculation in a CAD picture plane, and outputs the data in a desired mode. SOLUTION: The system has a wall magnification storage means for each type of bearing wall, an input means for building specifying conditions, outer lines, and factors, an input means for inputting bearing wall data and quasi-bearing wall data as the bearing wall lines, a bearing wall line candidate extracting means based on the input data, a bearing wall line determining means for determining one of extracted bearing wall line candidates as final data, and an inter-wall line data calculating means based on the determined bearing wall line. Further the system has a display means for displaying the inter-wall line data calculated by the inter-wall line data calculating means at a location near each floor zone in a CAD picture plane, a bearing wall line determining means for each bearing wall line, a display means for displaying determination results for each bearing wall line in list form, and a display means for displaying the details of the floor magnification and of the wall lines in list form.
