PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone and a PHS (personal handyphone system) capable of performing no-charge or inexpensive transmission through the internet, and prevent traffic accident, marine accident, etc. by using GPS (global positioning system). SOLUTION: The PHS including a router, the cellular phone, and accessories are directly connected to the internet via the router used as a base station by using the cellular phone, a transceiver function of the PHS, and IP (internet protocol). The GPS is installed in transportation such as a vehicle, motorbike, bicycle, airplane, ship, train, etc. from which each GPS transmits pieces of information to the network by radio. The accidents can be prevented from happening by predicting subsequent attainment points based on the pieces of information including type and position of each transportation, travelling speed, acceleration, distance traversed, average speed, and transportation pattern.
