PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board with a terminal for use in a connection between circuits in various electronic apparatuses, wherein a stable electrical connection is attained and a low-priced product is provided. SOLUTION: In a terminal 11 pinched between an upper board 6 and a lower board 1, pits and projections are provided on a lower surface of a joining part 11A facing a connection part 2A of a wiring pattern 2, and also the projections 11B are abutted on the wiring pattern 2 to constitute the wiring board with the terminal. Thus, it is unnecessary that expensive anisotropic conductive adhesives obtained by dispersing conductive powders plated with a noble metal are used, and the stable electrical connection is attained to obtain the low-priced wiring board with the terminal.
