PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed circuit board unit which is easily and surely connected to a head actuator, a head actuator unit, and a disk unit equipped with the same. SOLUTION: An FPC 17 is equipped with a base 40 mounted with electronic parts and a main FPC 42 extending from the base 40. The main FPC 42 is equipped with a connecting end 42a that is screwed on the head actuator. A plurality of connecting pads are provided on one surface of the connecting end 42a, and a reinforcing plate 50 is fixed on the other surface. A through-hole 58 where a fastening screw is inserted is formed in the connecting end 42a and the reinforcing plate 50. The reinforcing plate 50 is formed with positioning projections 56a and 56b which are formed so as to be engaged with the head actuator, guide the connecting end 42a to a screwing position for the head actuator, and specify the revolution of the connecting end 42a around the through-hole 58.
