PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-folded sheet excellent in visibility. SOLUTION: First folds P11-P14 for peak-folding and first folds V11-V13 for V-folding are made in parallel to each other at intervals. second folds P21 for peak-folding and second folds V21 for V-folding are between the first folds P11-P14 for peak-folding and the first folds V11-V13 for V-folding. An up-and-down piece of paper 2 includes planes 21 to paste up and and planes 22 to be erected. The planes 21 to paste up include a first pasting part 211 and a second pasting part 212. The first and second pasting parts 211, 212 are fixedly pasted on both sides across the respective first folds V11 V13 for V-folding. The planes 22 to be erected include at least one fold 221.
