PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor roller capable of having superior chemical resistance and its hardness made low and a photosensitive material processing apparatus which uses the conveyor roller and is capable of processing a photosensitive material without impregnating the material with a processing liquid. SOLUTION: The photosensitive material processing apparatus is equipped with a plurality of processing liquid tanks which contain processing liquids of respective processing stages individually and performs a developing process by sending sheet type photosensitive materials in respective processing layers, provided side by side, one after another while clamping and conveying the sheet type photosensitive materials between two conveyor rollers driven to rotate one after another. Here, a roller body part of at least one of the two conveyor rollers which has at least a contact surface for photosensitive materials is formed of a resin composition which is obtained by mixing an olefinic resin elastomer and a styrenics elastomer having low hardness than the olefinic resin elastomer and adjusted 10 to 25 Shore A hardness.
