PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of diagnosing myocardial infraction, especially a case free of ST elevation in an electrocardiogram (NSTEMI) and classifying the risk of acute coronary syndromes. SOLUTION: The method of diagnosing myocardinal infarction and classifying the risk of acute coronary syndromes measures at least three kinds of marker for a patient to be inspected, and thereby measures at least one kind of neurohormonal marker, at least one kind of ischemic marker, and at least one kind of inflammatory marker for each case.
