PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure controller of construction machinery provided with a specific actuator capable of supplying pressure oil of three hydraulic pumps by merging and capable of drive-controlling a specific actuator corresponding to types of working in the speficic actuator. SOLUTION: There are provided with an arm expanding and contracting cylinder 50 composing a specific actuator, a merging valve 24 capable of supplying the pressure oil of the third hydraulic pump 4 into the arm expanding and contracting cylinder 50 by merging into the pressure oil of the first and second hydraulic pumps 2 and 3, and a merging releasing means for releasing a merging function of the merging valve 24. There are provided with an angle sensor 66 for detecting whether or not the arrangement of the arm expanding and contracting cylinder 50 differs from the specified arrangement in form, that is, differs from a shaft excavating working in form. The merging releasing means is comprised of the merging releasing valve 62 which operates and releases the merging function of the merging valve 24 on detecting that the arm expanding and contracting cylinder 50 differs from a shaft excavating working in form.
