PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium exhaust muffler and its manufacturing method, allowing more workability and a higher yield rate of products by suppressing the spring-back of a rolled titanium material T when forming an inner cylinder member an outer cylinder member with rolling machining using the rolled titanium material T in a rolled fashion. SOLUTION: The titanium exhaust muffler comprises the inner cylinder member 1 and the outer cylinder member 3 formed by trimming the band rolled titanium material T in a rolled fashion into a preset dimension, followed by rolling machining. The inner cylinder member 1 and the outer cylinder member 3 are subjected to the rolling machining in a direction W1 approximately perpendicular to a direction W2 of rolling the rolled titanium material T.
