PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off agent superior in a water cut-off effect by mixing an aggregate having a different diameter with bentonite. SOLUTION: This water cut-off agent is formed by mixing the bentonite, a mixed aggregate composed of a plurality of aggregates different in the particle size and a gelation material.
