PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of a terminal body and damage thereto to obtain a highly durable concrete structure. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the concrete form holding device, a male screw portion 1a formed on an end of a separator 1 is screwed into a female screw portion 2a of the ceramic terminal body 2. Then a connection fixing bolt 5 having an engaging portion 5a for engaging with the outside of a form 4 is inserted into the form 4, a rubber ring 6, and a sleeve 3, and then into the female screw portion 2a of the terminal body 2, and further the bolt 5 is screwed into a female screw portion 1b formed in the male screw portion 1a of the separator 1.
