PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of interference of a rear end Y of a needle bearing 10 with a seal ring 17 to possibly damage the seal ring when a pump assembly A is inserted into an input assembly B to be assembled. SOLUTION: An oil hole 20 in an input shaft 3 is set to a centering position in machining to achieve a high centering precision. A bush 11 provided on a tip part of a stator support 3 acts as a bearing to support the input shaft, and it has a high centering precision, while it has a prescribed length in an axial direction. With a fixture 221, its shaft part 25 is engaged with an oil hole 20a, so that it is installed on a tip part of the input shaft, when its head (guide) part 23 is guided by the bush 11.
