PURPOSE: A system and method for constructing an ASP for managing a building institution is provided to supply the same equipment managing service as a self-constructed equipment managing system in each building to a client company in a remote place by constructing an integrated center for managing an institution and supplying an ASP service through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: Search-objected BAS data through a push agent setting tool of a client company and setting information such as a transmission period are registered(S300). A push agent communication module of the client company transmits corresponding data of BAS data registered as a set transmission period to a center DB(S302). A data logging server of an integrated center classifies data transmitted from a plurality of client companies according to the client companies and stores the classified data in an FMS(Facilities Management Service) DB(S304). An FMS server establishes a maintenance managing project and a prevention repair project of a building institution using state data of a collected field and history information of a pre-registered client company(S306). A notification server of the integrated center informs a list of data wanted by a user and an event generation through an SMS(Short Message Service) or an E-mail(S308). A web server of the integrated center executes a service for enabling the user to connect to the center and inquire a maintenance managing project and a prevention repair project as to one's building(S310).
