PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the necessary time for medical information processing in home visit by dispensing with or shortening the labor hour for selecting a patient that is a home visit destination.

SOLUTION: This medical examination support device 10 comprises an electronic medical chart function; an address storage means having the address information of each patient; a position acquisition means for acquiring the present position from GPS; a patient retrieval means for comparing the acquired present position with the address of each patient to retrieve a patient having the address closest to the present position; a candidate display means for selectably displaying the retrieved patient as the first candidate of an object patient for medical information processing; and a patient setting means for setting the patient selected by operation input from the candidate list to the object patient for medical information processing.
