<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components, readily adjust an optical axis, and lower the cost. <P>SOLUTION: When a can 15 is formed into a bottomed cylinder where one end of a peripheral wall 15a is opened, a bottom 15b is larger in thickness than the peripheral wall 15a. To be specific, the can 15 is formed by preparing a stainless metal plate 15A, and the metal plate 15A is subjected to drawing so that the bottomed cylinder is formed where one end of the peripheral wall 15a is opened. In this case, for example, when the peripheral wall 15a is about 0.2mm in thickness, the bottom is about 0.6mm in thickness.
