PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of rewriting information into a permanent storage means.
SOLUTION: Information stored in a non-volatile memory 22 is read by a timing, such as the timing of a transfer operation from a power source off state to a power source on state, or a timing for starting contents, and, then, stored in a hard disk drive 18 being a temporary storage means, or a SRAM 29. Information of the temporary storage means is updated through the use of new information which is generated by receiving the contents. The information of the temporary storage means is rewritten in the non-volatile memory 22 by the timing of the transfer operation from the power source on state to the off state, or the timing for completing the contents. Thus, even when new information is frequently generated with the reception of the contents, information is updated in each case by the temporary storage means, so that the times of rewriting information is easily reduced in the non-volatile memory 22.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
|
