<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment apparatus for generating vapor or hot water by giving oxidative destruction treatment to hydrocarbon exhaust gas and at the same time utilizing gas turbine generation for effectively and efficiently converting the thermal energy of the exhaust gas into electric power. <P>SOLUTION: In the exhaust gas treatment apparatus, a plurality of process exhaustion single ducts are connected to the flow-in side of one collective chamber 1, the collective chamber 1 connected to an exhaust gas cooling device 2 via a connection duct 13, the exhaust gas cooling device 2 connected to an exhaust gas blower 3 via a connection duct 14, the exhaust gas blower 3 connected to a gas enriching device 4 via a connection duct 15, the gas enriching device 4 connected to a gas cooling device 5 via a connection duct 16 and the gas cooling device 5 connected to a gas turbine 6 having a generator 7 via a connection duct 17.
