PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position grasping and management system for portable communication terminal which grasps the moving course of a sales representative by using a call from a manager side and acquires a voice message such as a report of a sales operation from the sales representative. SOLUTION: This position grasping and management system is provided with: a calling means for having a line connection with a plurality of portable communication terminals 10 equipped with a GPS (global positioning system) mounted thereon every prescribed time; a receiving means for acquiring positional information from the portable communication terminal 10 and voice data stored in the portable communication terminal; a positional information storing means for associating the positional information received by the receiving means with the voice data and storing them by each ID code of the portable communication terminal 10; a map information storage means for storing the map information of a territory in charge in advance; a position grasping and displaying means for grasping the location of the portable communication terminal 10 on the map on the basis of the stored map information and obtained present positional information and displaying the location; and a voice demodulating and reproducing means for demodulating the voice data into an analog signal and reproducing the analog signal.The voice data are associated with the positional information in the positional information storing means and stored.
