PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a user to efficiently input an address without wasting time in a trial and error by narrowing candidates of the unknown address. SOLUTION: When the user just inputs a part of the unknown address from an input means 1, a CPU 3 adds insufficient parts to make the candidates of the address and displays them on a display part 2. A computer network connecting device 5 accesses and inquires them to a DNS (Domain Name Server), extracts the actually presenting addresses alone, accesses to a Web page of the candidate to display the contents of the Web page, specifies a country and a language of the candidate Web page, stores the address of the Web page connected in the past in a storage means 4, notifies it to the user when it is accorded with the candidate address, and provides the user with highly precise candidate.
