PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm safety of a bathing person when operating re-heating in a forced circulation type bath. SOLUTION: When operating a circulation pump 8 for re-heating a bath, in the condition wherein a return side flow passage 4 of the bath is accidentally being clogged by hair of a bathing person, which is sucked into the return side flow passage 4 of the bath, and lowering of a circulation flow rate larger than an OFF flow rate of a flow switch 11 is generated and while the operation of the circulation pump 8 continues, this condition is recognized, and the generation of clogging in the return side flow passage 4 of the bath is informed, and the circulation pump 8 is stopped.
