PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the increase of weight while increasing the strength of a mounting part to other members, and to suppress a rise in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This bearing device is provided with an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2 rotatably supported to the outer ring 1 through a rolling element 7. A plurality of mounting parts 3 projecting radially outward and having bolt holes 6 into which fixing bolts are inserted, are formed in a circumferentially aligned manner at the outer peripheral part of the outer ring 1. The back face of each mounting part 3 is provided with a reinforcing part 4 for supporting the mounting part 3 to the outer peripheral part of the outer ring 1 in the form of avoiding the portion of the bolt hole 3.
