PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure vessel capable of preventing a burst and a damage at abnormally high temperatures from occurring, manufacturable at a low cost, and usable repeatedly. SOLUTION: A valve 4 for supplying and discharging contents is fitted to a cap 3 for closing the opening 7 of a vessel body 2. When the cap is screwed into the container body 2 to close the opening 7, a seal member 8 formed of a soluble material melting when heated to a specified temperature is closely fitted to the container body 2 and the cap to seal clearances therebetween.
