PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for fastening a screwing member such as a nut which quickly and easily fastens or unfastens the nuts and clamping fittings of a connector fitted to an apparatus flexibly in line with the sizes of the nuts and so on, in the case of repairing, inspecting or installing, at a height, various types of apparatus such as an amplifier or the like to which a plurality of coaxial cables are connected, and which also simply and quickly unfastens or fastens a screwing member such as various types of bolts, nuts, clamping fittings or the like, in any occasion besides working at a height. SOLUTION: In the tool for fastening the screwing member such as a nut, there is provided a rotary nipping mechanism 2 which inserts or pulls out the screwing member such as a nut against spring elasticity and which rotates the screwing member while pressing and nipping the screwing member.
