PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding device for a game machine and the game machine preventing occurrence of a malfunction of a control board by preventing noise from being transmitted to a lead wire of the control board from ground wires and allowing the game machine to be stably grounded at low costs by using a kind of the ground wires. SOLUTION: The ground wires 131, 133, 135, 136 and 137, extending from object members to be grounded such as a main board 100, a prize ball control board 101, a ball guide 130, a metal plate 120 provided on a prize ball put-out passage, a power source and the like, are integrally fixed onto the metal plate 120.
