The sliding sleeve (6) is provided with a toothed inner surface (7), three grooves and several slots (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) arranged along the outer surface. A ring-shaped element made of spring steel has several curved sections pointing towards the center of the ring and of the same number as the slots (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) located at the sleeve (6). The curved sections enter the slots (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) as soon as the ring is positioned in one of the grooves, compensating a relative motion of the sleeve (6) in relation to the toothed wheel and preventing the creation of noise.
